We will happily return your order for store credit or refund within the given time frame*, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED).
Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.
Exchange: Pack up your order, print out the label and drop it off at your nearest FedEx store or USPS (depending on what label is created automatically). Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, a new order will be created in our system with the item chosen. Allow 2-3 business days after the exchange confirmation is sent to you for our warehouse to process & ship the order.
Refund: Like exchanges, pack up your order, print out the label and drop it off at your nearest FedEx store or USPS (depending on what label is created automatically). Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post into your account. If you purchased with Afterpay, they will process the refund and send you a separate confirmation email.
Requested Store Credit?: Follow the same steps for exchanges/refunds! Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive an email with a digital gift card within 24-48 hours of verification.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS/USPS.*
