*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Orders placed between November 1st to December 31st, 2021, will have until January 31st, 2022 to exchange, return, or receive store credit for the order.
We will happily return your order for store credit or refund within the given holiday time frame*, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). Refunds are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.
Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.
Refund: Pack up your order, print out the label and drop it off at your nearest FedEx store. Once your return package is verified by FedEx, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post into your account. If you purchased with Afterpay, they will process the refund and send you a separate confirmation email.
Requested Store Credit?: Follow the same steps for refunds! Once your return package is verified by FedEx, you will receive an email with a digital gift card within 24-48 hours.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
We only process returns for US Customers through the portal above.
