Exchanges
US Customers:
We will happily exchange your item for a different size or color, but both items must have the same value. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, or is a greater value than the original item, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.
Exchange orders & store credit will be processed once your exchange has been dropped off & verified by FedEx.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
We only process returns for US Customers through the portal above.
Canada Customers:
Sorry, at this time, we are not able to offer automated exchanges for customers residing in Canada.
