Start a Return
US Customers:
We will happily exchange or refund your item within the given time frame*, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED).
Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.
Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return.
Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.
Exchanges: We will exchange your item for a different size or similar item with the same value. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
Canada Customers:
Please email info@impalarollerskates.com, to begin the manual process for your return/exchange. Use subject title "Canada Order # xxxxxx-IR Return" for us to better identify your return. (Insert order number in place of X's.)
We only process returns for US Customers through the portal above.
