*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Orders placed between November 1st to December 31st, 2021, will have until January 31st, 2022 to exchange, return, or receive store credit for the order.
We will happily exchange or refund your item within the given holiday time frame*, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.
Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges.
Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return.
Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by FedEx, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.
Exchanges: We will exchange your item for a different size or similar item with the same value. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit. For more info on exchanges, go here.
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*
We only process returns for US Customers through the portal above.
